respected guruji, as far i remember events prior to nodal axis effect

on sat & venus, in month of aug 1990 vp singh had declared

reservations which led to mandal problems, on 7 nov 1990 sh vp singh

had resigned as pm, and sh chandra shekhar became pm with sh devi lal

as deputy pm but internal problems had started from day 1,and possibly

in end of jan or 1st week of feb 1991 chandra shekhar govt had fallen,

with president rule in place, general elections in may 1990 & pv rao
