Using the Krishamurthi ayanasma, that would give her a ascendant (lagna) in Sagittarius with Rahu, Venus, Sun, and Mercury in the second in Capricorn with Saturn ruler of the second in the eleventh, exalted in Libra. While I wouldn't bet that such an arrangement of planets would provide the hundreds of millions of dollars Winfrey has for everyone, it seems to indicate good chances that she might make herself a bit of money.
