Maha nakshatra and marriage !!!

Dear all,

I have read in the website as below: that swati, makha, mrigsira, anuradha are

mahanakshtras and the people possessing any one of those 4 nakshatra can marry

anyone as these 4 nakshatras have the capacity to nulify any bad effects or

inauspicious incompatibilities.

Is it valid statement, and if valid to what extent it is valid and is there any

exception to that present???
