Guest guest
Hi For the option of copying as bitmap the pop up message says chart saved as - " ns_chart.bmp " file in the working directory -. However, how does one access the working directory and the above bmp file ? I tried and tried but could not access any working directory to retrieve the saved bitmap chart. As far as I am aware the working directory is the data file included in the software but the chart is not saved there. Can someone please help and show how this works? Apparently in the current 7.3 version it is possible to copy and save both the D1 and D9 charts in the same file. Please also inform how this works. Thanks Vipin Mehta jhora , Rao Tammiraju <sreesai_ganesh wrote: > > dear friend, > twice the msg. was sent without my completing it. sorry. i am giving the steps below: > COPY TO CLIP BOARD- OPEN MICROSOFT WORD DOCUMENT- EDIT - CLIPBOARD- PASTEALL- then select the total screen, copy it, open notepade and paste it and then go for printing. it is that simple. thanks to Narasimharaoji. > > all thje best > > --- On Tue, 25/11/08, cloudmakernz <chitraw wrote: > cloudmakernz <chitraw > Copying and printing charts. > jhora > Tuesday, 25 November, 2008, 11:34 PM > > > > > Could somebody please tell me how to copy and print charts in Jhora. > > If I want to print bhava chart, there is a dialogue box giving several > > options of copying the chart as " chart.bmp " as on the screen etc. It > > saves the chart in to a working directory as " chart.bmp " > > How could I pull it out to print. Guest guest
Namaste, The current JHora saves charts in the directory where you opened a chart most recently. I know it is a nuisance and sometimes one has to search where the bitmap was saved. To get deterministic behavior, open a chart stored in a directory where you want to save the bitmap. Opening from file history is not enough. Do "file", "open" and select the directory and file. All charts saved as bitmaps after that (and before another file open) will be saved in that directory. Guest guest
Dear Mr.Narsimha Thank you for your help. My problem is solved. I also remember you mentioning in of your posts that it is also possible now to copy and print D-1 and D-9 at the same time in Version 7.3. How is this done? I tried to do it but the result was the same as previously - D-1 Chart in Southern and Northern styles. Regards Vipin Mehta jhora , " Narasimha P.V.R.
