I am a new member to this group. My date of birth is 24-11-42. I have

started learning from 1983 onwards. Due to other engagements I can

understand the basics alone upto 62 of my age. Now I came to know

about the Jhora, which is one among the best in the world. It conveys

the message of the Indian ancesters and pionees to the world who

taught us about the astrological science. Thanks to the authur to

bring before us the science and pray the god for his betterment of

life in all his carrier. It show his broad mind to deliver such a

astrological treasury to the world for free of cost through software.

 

Just I am learning the jhora and my questions may be not enough to the

standard of others.

Question.In some vedic astrology it suggests that the persons born in

the suklapatcha should follow vimshotri dasa system and the

krishnapatch born people should follow ashottri dasa.

Let me know the suggestions from the learned in this regard.

Let me tell what I learnt,

Ashtottari Dasa is used for natives who are born in day time during krishna paksha or night time in shukla paksha. Additionally Rahu should be in quadrants or trines to Lagna Lord in those charts. Rahu should not be in lagna.
