Anyhow, there are many ways to know what you were in your previous birth. Astrologically it is 9H and Dreshkan. Broadly reading these two together will tell you whether you were a human being or an animal or a bird. If you are very good, then find out your special features in each type. 5H it is said is for next birth. (phladeepika)Stretching it further, you'll know what your wife, mother, father, uncles etc. were in the previous birth. Yes, I am not joking, I saw a mad astrologer fooling someone with that. Some of the nadis tell you about the sins you'd committed in the last birth and who you were and again to extract money to settle down your rins of the last birth. It is not easy for those in trouble to decide what is right and who is real. And, there is no 'test' for deciding the truth in such matters. Plain common sense (which is often quite uncommon!) can only help unearth such shady individuals who cheat unsuspecting people for money. Although it is not pure astrology (though a bit related), but I am intrigued by your information about these doctors. Not one or two but up to 28 past births and also future births. It is amazing!! Hasn't the couple been nominated for a Noble Prize or something. And what about those who are subjecting themselves to this? Do they need to go back upto 28 births to reach the origin of their problem and another 28 future births to shed mitigate that karma. If they get some more gullible fools, I am sure they would not mind taking them even a hundred births behind. How much difference would it make in terms of their logistics. Thanks for sharing this, and it is indeed some information. I guess this couple should be sued for taking the innocent (ignorant) public for a ride. I think it was combination of Bhanat-Bahva and also the significance of each Bhava ( refer to Neelamji's post of the journey of life/soul from 1st to 12th house ) The nodes represented significant past life unfullfilled desires, tasks or debts. This birth's bhakya sthan or 9th house referred to last birth's chart 2nd house or vak, kudumbha, dhan and so on. Last birth's Asc this birth's aayu sthan. So, please find out this way.
