This too overstretched theorey ,i request u to quote the source ,as its by product of kalasarpa yoga theoreys ,Pls quote any famous authority than any new astro gurus with lack of understanding cook up theoreys and with help of new technologies they gain popularity .

 

If u use ur brain u can find every day half the population will born with this yoga .So its too generalised and even ugly to apply on charts ,as atleast 5 rasis for a span of 10 hours will fall under this specification.

 

This kala sarpa dosha is not in famous parampara of kerala which is also south .and pls dont bring bad names to south -where still many real gems in astro is living .For sarpa dosha and sarpa yoga u can refer previos mails in this tread and pls refer prashna maarga for further clarification .

 

U can also use archives of this forum and also see files sections .And pls do ur home work b4 u post any mails .As far as i can understand We here r discussing the practical application of charts in lite of astrology .Means importance is given to results ,not any common yoga that can found in all charts including billgates and ambani boys to beggar in the street ,applicabl every where .That can make astrologer a laughing stock .

Dear Jai Ram ,

 

Sorry i forget to add some more points .

If u take both rahu and ketu anuloma and viloma rejecting rasis occuppied by rahu and ketu then 10 rasis fall under the specifications prescribed by U .

So the risk is almost every body born upto 20 hrs in a day will fall under this categary .

so can we say that all world is having sarpa dosha and maraka effects or marital problems .

In that case we dont need a chart to predict ,as all dosha can be ascribed to this one and only dosha and astrology become very easy job .

But think abt all the personalities born in this earth .Then we need to make extra theoreys cooked up to suit to each chart .So we can make another BPHS .

I am not criticising u ,but i can understand your enthusism to study ,but what i am pin pointing is always use our common intelligence and a sastra which is not useful in explaining the common mans life ,then we shud not hesitate to reject it ,who ever may be the author or even if he is your guru .This is what my guru teach me .This is how all sastras devlped and maintained .

Dear Friends,

I do agree , that I have also not come across any yoga by the name of Kala-sarpa yoga,but this does not mean new thought should not be given credence or respect.

This is the one way of looking it.

Otherwise think over , that many yogas are given in classics which are given lot of credence to yogas when all the planets are on one side of a assumed axis .As an example

Nauka,Koot, Chhatra, Chap yogas etc. Nakul yoga is formed when all the planets falls between 1st to 7th houses(or from the cusp of 1st to 7th house)..Cusps of all houses, Rahu and Ketu,

simlarly intial points of all tropical signs, four points of Equinoxes and Solstice are all mathematical points but forms very powerful axises. If all the planets (7 planets from Sun to Saturn , 8 planets from Sun to Rahu ,9 planets From Sun to Ketu ) all placed on one side , will definitely create powerful effects on the natives.

Bhavartha Ratnakar may be a good guide. Kala sarpa and Kala-amirita yogas as well as graha mallica yogas do have a profound effect on the native.

Iam not a professional astrologer but astrology is my hobby. I AM A WITTINESS OF BAD EFFECTS OF THESE TWO YOGAS kindly TRY TO ACCESS THEIR EFFECTS.

All knowledge does not have its origin in ancient past ,it may be existed but definitely not known to humanity.

1) Kala Sarpa Yoga OR Kala Sarpa Dosha

2) Sarpa Sapa OR Sarpa Dosha (Serpent Curse)

3) Sarpa Yoga (a Nabhasa Yoga; one of the Dala Yogas)

You are wrong - there is no such south north divide on astrology.

The Yoga you mentioned is the 'Kala Sarpa Yoga' mentioned in Brihat

Samhita and it is applicable only in Samhita Astrology or Mundane

Astrology. No classical text (and therefore almost no astrologer in

south) advice people to apply this yoga in horoscope. It is because

such an application is neither supported by the texts nor by the

tradition.

Actually you are mixing up Kala Sarpa Yoga, Sarpa Sapa (Sarpa Dosha)

and Sarpa Yoga (a Naphasa Yoga). Please understand the difference

between these words - Yes, I am speaking about the southern tradition

itself; because I belong to the same.

called Maraka. But I am not sure whether you are using this

word 'Marka' in this meaning or simply with the meaning 'deadly'. Any

way - please revert after collecting the references and I am waiting

Dear Bharadwaj ji,

Rahu and Ketu are considered in Astronomy as mathematical points

used for calculation. Since Astrology tries to understand the

influence of the rhythm of time (the pulsation and movements in the

solar system) on human beings these mathematical points are also of

importance. Also the movement of these hypothetical points depict the

rhythm of the solar system in a very interesting way as a

mathematical study would reveal. Actually the whole divisions of

Zodiac into signs and nakshatras are done based on the rhythmic

movement of Rahu and Ketua and that is why the Zodiac is named Ra-Si

Chakra or in other words Rahu-Sikhi Chakra. Please go deep into the

By the way you are right in stating that " don't worry from kaal sarp

dosha " because it does not apply to natal charts - and the ancient

scholars never applied it on natal charts.
