Hello Denis,

As Krushna pointed out in previous mails, yes the points you mention are in zig zag order. This means they go up and down. If the 11th house had more points than the 10th it would not have been zig zag.

Now you have also to check from the Moon position and the Sun position.

Service job means working for someone else. This can be anything from being a laboror, a teacher to a government employee. It means somebody else is giving you work and paying you.

When all points from asc, Sun and Moon go up this means the peron can have his own business, has enough funds, etc. to go through life succesfully on his own. In other cases he can of course do his own business but he will have problems, all depending of the number ans ascending order of points in these houses.

Dear Denis,

 

Your 10th has more points than 11th , means you put in more

efforts in your profession, and the gains are less. If the 11th is more than the 10th, then usually, it is less

efforts with more gains. If the 12th has less points, then you

are able to have savings.

Dear Denis,

Please differenciate between profession and business.

business is when you are investing your money and in trading,industry

and getting return from it. Money is multiplied in return. Shop

keeping, store, is business.

Profession is consultancy, you are giving services to your

clients, and charging your fee for the service. Your profession as a

astrologer, or Doctor, or architect work is treated as service

industry. Business means giving some thing materialist, and charging

for that.

Your points in rising in 3,6,10 gives you confidence, but

income is less compared to your work. You are giving services to your

client, means you are working for them, and in return you are getting

paid. In other words your employers are many, getting their job done

from you.

If the points are in rising order, the person can be good

business man or admintrator. He may be in service, but in commanding

post. A managing Director of a companey may also be treated as in

service.

Business man means the person is responsible for his loss or

frofit due his own decision. The loss or profit is his own.

Dear Denis,

Profession in the chart can be judged by the 10 lord and it's

navamansha lord. The combine effect of 10th lord from Lagna, Moon,

and Sun is there. The effect may be as per the strength of the

Planets. The effect of Astakvarg is more powerful and more accurate,

so not required to check again buy Shadbal. The oveall effect of the

planet can be find out by Worksheet. If a planet gives more then 12

points for each house, and overall total gives the idea about it's

stength.

drekkhana and trimsamsa positons, we check the inclination of the

native by 10th lords from sun, moon and lagna and planets in 10th

from them with > 4 bindus and their navamsa positions.

Next we check the overall strength of planets in worksheet to see

how they can give influence.

We also check the karaktwa of planets and the degrees to see the

quantum. We in addition to that check the divisional chart

positions to.

So we go into extensive deapth in this system to indentify

profession and success with Worksheet, Divisional charts and points

and navamsa depositers etc.

Its all given in the lesson on Finding occupation.

Unless otherwise proven that this does not work, I have not reason

to beleive that these laws do not work.

 

Sorry, I have not done much research in this area of identifying

careers. I am glad that you are doing research and please try these

on lots of charts and let us know if this works.

2nd Lord Shani is in the sixth house, exactly conjuct with Ketu(Shani

4:53 Ketu 4:09).

10th lord Sukra is in the first house at 4:47. Sukra is ruling

kowledge of life saving drugs and medicine.

 

The native is about to complete her studies and do her exam as medical

I am trying to do this chart

I am trying the varaha mihira method for knowing the profession of the nativ .According to Kaal desa patra methods generaly woman back 50 yrs were not working and the astrologers generaly transfer all good effects in charts for the husband .But now a days ladies strted working .

The lagna i am getting according to ur Birth data is taurus .No planets in 10th house .

10 th Lord is sat ,its influenced by jup ,rahu and moon ,

Any connection with jup the guru with 10th L or house may show adviser ,doing consultancies or even teaching .Moon shows water ,watery ,salty ,cold products or even medicines .Rahu also shows poison ,so a modern medicne ,to new technologies can not be ruled out .

 

Now the navamsa methods

The lagna is strong than all other moon or sun lagna

so frm lagna saturn is the 10th L and it has given its amsa by merc ,so merc is chart is influenced by mars ( shows weapons ,jobs involving execution of law like police or agression or chemicals ) sun ( authority ,management or even with govtmnt ) and ketu which can change all those efffects as a planet of negeation .Ketu also shows sookshma vidhyas like good mathematical skills ,small machines like computer etc

So may b a person dealing with even explosives or chemicals or medicines or small machines like computer and the position if off cource a senior or managerial as sun is also influencing

 

2) Frm moon its jup ( but moon we cant say very strong )

 

The 10 L is jup and jup has obtained sun amsa and sun also with above combination already discussed

 

3) Frm sun lagna ( again i dont think sun is strong while comparing the strnght )

But these days the profession become many fold and even specialisation has sprouted like sands in sea shore ,even among doctors there may be 2000 diffrnt variety ,so saying exact position even in a profession or even education is becoming too difficult .Even there is professers in Medical colleges and IIT s .And may be deptment head also will b frm same stream and but he is managing only may be without practising the profession in stream of his profession .

 

If we see education giver as 5th L ( as expansion of mental faculties and finaly our choice for educational subjucts atleast when we grow up ( so i take 5th as education which is leading to employment ) .its merc and merc is with above said influence showing a technical type of qualification and she may in status of adviser of consulter as education is stepping stone to profession ,

Let us continue to debate the charts posted by Ms. Neelam ji first

before moving to other blind charts. Let me give it a direction with

few pointers....

 

Case -1 : Male - 22-June-1958, 05:40 hrs, Delhi

 

1) Balance of Dasha = Ketu 4yrs 1 m 23 days, followed by Venus - 20 yrs.

The native has done his major part of education before his completion of

Venus dasha i.e. 24 yrs.

 

Question -1: Venus as 5HL & 12HL in 12H, indicates continuation of

study. This Venus is aspected by 8HL & 9HL Saturn from 6H. When a

Dasha planet is strongly aspected by a malefic planet like Saturn,

placed in 6H & has strong 8H connection, can we say that the native did

in his studies ?? The Saturn's dual ownership of 9H has ensured that

his continuation of studies.

 

Question-2: Venus ownership of 5H & 12H, in kendra to 2HL Moon,

indicates financial expense, for Venus is in 12H.

 

Question-3: 11HL & 6HL Mars is aspecting the Lagna Lord & 3HL Sun.

Venus is in Capricon navamsa i.e. 8H of the birth chart. showing again

Both indicate struggles

 

Limiting upto Dasha of Venus, which one played major factor - Sign or

Thanks for posting another BC.

Here is my take .

The first point I notice is the degree conjunction of Saturn, the L10 of career with Neptune that co-rules Pi ,in 5H and the principle given by Ebertin for Set-Nep conjunction is asceticism or renunciation .

I further notice that the sign Rising is Tau , the 2H of the natural zodiac ruling speech. The religious planet Ju is degree-wise very close to the Ascending Degree and influences her trait , that definitely plays a key role in selecting the career .

The MC falls at 23 Aq 12 & is under the domain of Sat-Ju-Sat

Sat (renunciation) Ju (religion) .

Since Sat is in Health Sign Vi rgo, native may be knowledgeable in medicines.

Integrating all these , I feel, the native is religious , perhaps , a teacher or a preacher ,knowlegeable in medicines or in healing

I do agree that it is next to impossible to predict the correct profession in the present complex world.

Then on the other hand what is the purpose of spending hours in finding out a profession of a person when with 4 words you can get the answer from that person.... unless, of course when one is fully aware of the technique, which would be helpful in advising parents in the rat race of finding the most appropriate profession for their kids...provided they adhere to advice given.

This time at least i dont want to miss the bus .so quickly done an analaysis and shown a methodology i learned and which is coming nearest to the trend one can follow almost 80% of cases .

So with this technics if we learn more charts and try we can always guide parents .offcource there is so many other technics and i always find this days no one single method will work in proper way .

so if others has any technics i feel they also illuminate us .

One thing i feel Hard Planets influencing 5th house and Lords (like sani ,mars ,rahu or ketu or even sun ) may always show technical professions as studies may be related to technical or science stream

unafflicted ( by parasari aspect ) lagna and moon ( but strong in a way ) can giv cool and peace ful mind for mathematical skills or scientific learning ( its only a opinion of me ) ,as lot of logic and reasoning power is needed .yes as neelam ji said strong moon afflicted or poisoned can show doctors also at times ,also healers of any kind .if weak may end up as mental cases also .

Dear Sunil ji,

 

Yes, you did not miss the bus this time, whether it is the correct

route number or not is too early to check...and wish that you gave a

try to to get into the earlier buses owned by Neelam ji & Co. too:)

 

But now as Sreeram ji has suggested, you can still investigate the

I am glad that you people are desirous of learning profession which has become

very hard nut to crack. I have written two articles on profession in Times of

Astrology in January and April issue of 2008. If member desire I can attach the

articles with the post. I have tried my best to make it understandable to the

beginners.
