If u hv a look at ur chart above, it does strongly favours doing studies overseas, and u also being successful in ur competitive exams, but ketu maha dasha will be a big hurdle in ur success. Vedic Astrology in SJC parampara and in many parts of India clearly mentions Kala Sarpa Yoga and Kala Amrita Yoga. Having said that, I know that there are astrologers in India who do not know this or simply do not believe it. Either way, it is wrong to make a blanket statement as you have in this forum. This is further revealed to us when learning the Nabhasa dala yogas which I am sure your Jyotish Guru revealed to you when teaching you the secrets Brhat Parashara Hora Shastra, yet with different terminology.
