Guest guest Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 Dear Members Mr ramalinga Raju has surrendered before the cops at 9.45 Hrs at Hyd today saved himself some embarrassment of an arrest basically a honest man who did his best for the company and did not swindle the investors or govt like ENRON, ANDERSON, WESTCOM, LEHMAN BROTHERS etc who cooked up figures and also looted the company for their personal gains so much for his frankness and coming clean on his wrong doings in all times he has set it in open no authorities did any thing to either trace the fraud or find anything on their own the Lagna is Simha with a shatru Graha Sani in it i lord ravi in 5th with 4th and 9th lord Kuja in D9 Kuja is in Lagna itself again a shatru amsa/kshetra the dasa is of Kuja-Chandra from 5/9/08 to 7/4/09 rahu dasa starts from Apr 7 09 and being in the 6th for the first few bhuktis will be in some form of confinement, court hopping at least till the new govt comes in and does its own show and it fades away from Public memory as did many suchcases will fade away as rahu is in 10th inD9, it is in sravana star though 12th lord is in 11th in D1 and in 3rd in D9 so will be able to brave it away and come back strongly later will be a long drawn affair with sani in lagna nothing will move till Jul 2010 when sani finally re enters Kanya for good, sanis brief stint in kanya will give him a reprive of sorts its retrogression back to simha can see some more cases come up and finally will start fading away after sani stays put in Kanya MY PERSONAL VIEW IS HE IS BAD COMPANY DUE TO NOT HIS CHOOSING IN THE AP Govt infrastructure projects and PWC misleading him in asking him to show false figures as they cud get better fees from a bigger company and all they did is similar games with other names in the openoing part of this mail and there r some more cases already in the news of PWC bungling without theyr hand in it this can't happen. may be a conspiracy to malign Indian business houses. best wishes Prashant Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

between astrologers. since the native has not furnished any details on his own, astrologers are at liberty to do whatever they could dig from here and there but the tradition says that we shall comment on a chart only if the native or his family members bring the chart and ask us. as per vedic dharma, any person coming forthright on his own with his own freewill and confessing any crime or sin committed and making himself liable for any punishment, is absolved of his sin because of his honesty, speating truth and taking entire blame on himself and readying for any punishment. inflating revenues, showing fuure income as present income, showing noninvoiced sales as receivables, overstating assets at its inflated valuations, understating or ignoring depreciation and liabilities, bloating other income through fictitious transactions, manipulating debtors or creditors and many other such accounting jugglery of ilk are common business practices used by most corporates and satyam is the first company to speak satyam. truth is the reality and whosoever speaks truth must not be hurled choicest abuses by those who are not fully aware of the truth. shri raju has very less neglibile stake and is only a chairman who is like the president of india. there are prime minister and other minister viz. directors, presidents, ceos and cfos of the company who run the operations and they only PRESENT what they are doing to the chairman. the media is doing a false propaganda of chairman doing everything on his own and these directors and ceos and cfos and presidents have zero knowledge of any such wrong account practices. in my best understanding shri raju some time ago told the world very clearly that satyam is not doing fine and is at risk by not having a rosy future, hence he is willing to sacrifice his family jewels where his family own majority stake and give the real assets of maytas to the losing shareholders of satyam. unfortunately the analysts do not understand this and presented it otherway as if satyam money is given away to his family firms. these shameless analysts are now screaming round the clock that satyam has no money and that maytas has thousands of acres of landbank, a huge metro rail project and several infrastructure projects. these analysts were biased in not doing similar hue and cry when anil ambani converted reliance energy into an infrastructure company, make the money of reliance energy invested into unrelated sectors of his liking and then creating another power company out of thin air and burying the original energy company which becomes a ghost. my request to members is not to believe what appears in print media or what is opined by the so called analysts on tv without doing your own home work. with best wishes The ratings of Satyam was high and now what comes to light is about liquidity.there are hundreds of crores of assets created in the name of satyam and sister concers.Rajus and partners are working for reviving the business to protect intererests of large section of society.Raju brothers are now arrested. mayatas company creation is the creation OF PARTIALLY GOVT OF APThe very fact world back banned BRRaju and his cos for sny deals is different dtory.Satyam listed in US also goes to the courts. In our subject perhaps we can only go by various events.Prashna is certainly is of some help.These indications can address partially resolve some apparehension of Investor.Shareholders cnertainly over a period 3-4 years will get back their aprtial investment as the investigations progress. Doing our homework based on our Astrological parameters is certainly useful exerisese,Infact in the earlier stage when I addressed: It looks that as Saturn retrograded Raju confessed about fudging As
