Dear Sir,

 I am writing below my daughter's details. She is now reading in class 6. Though

initially she was doing good in studies, but now she is losing her interest as

well as confidence in studies and getting less marks day by day. Besides this,

always she has some sort of health problems. Can you please enlighten me in this

regards. Kindly suggest me some remedial measures.
