dear Rafal, first please earn knowledge about dash mahavidya and

their procedures and process, these are not like antibiotics as

generaly prescribed by any doctor or temp medical practices, just

chanting the mantra - no effect, and their are so many things have to

do, these are mahavidyas ver holy , auspicious, and supernatural

powerfull, and also not for every one . so please do not prescribe

like fever or cold tablets, becoz if started wrongly it can create

very much harm to sadhak. TARA is ugra sadhna , the sadhna for neel

Saraswati, It is a agni kall chakra sadhna.

please be care full, first study the things then plese talk about

that.
