A question about Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam

Respected members,

 

I would like to ask the following questions about Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam,

 

1. How does chanting/listening to Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam help in reducing the

astrological imbalances or help in difficult times. Is it specific for some

planets, or persons born under specific nakshatrams, rasis or some particular

planetary combinations?

 

2. Is there a particular time to chant this stotram for benefits of

astrological problems and in difficult times. How many times do we need to chant

it.

 

3. Do we need to recite some kind of sankalpam or do a puja for this

recitation.

 

Also can some one let me know about the benefits of reciting the Dasavathara

stotram of Lord Sri Vishnu, in solving astrological issues.
