Guest guest Report post Posted December 31, 2009 Dear Ashok ji I came back to India on 24th Jan 2009 to attend my brother's wedding. I had the work permit till 7th feb 2009...And i was suppose to get the one year extension of my work permit on the basis on my PG education in UK. But i was asked to withdraw the application by the UK embassy without any reason. Then I applied for work permit twice before 28th March 2009...but was refused both the times. Then I requested for the administrative review but was of no use. The whole process went on till the mid of July 2009. I was thinking of applying for a visitor visa but someone suggested me to apply for a student visa and go for MBA. I m so confused abt what to do. I m sitting idle at home for the last 1 year. I have done nothing all this time. I m so depressed because of my career which means so much to me. Please guide me...whether i will b able to go abroad or not...when will i get a job or whether i shud do my own business? Thank you...
