A computer generated vedic chart (if it is to be trusted) indicated that he is Libra rising, so does that indicate a career in legal associated profession or social justice. He may not have clear will to divorce you but get some advantage of your problem. Rather I can say that the fellow is crimnal minded and cheat, putting you in very difficult position. You have to plan the thingd in very judicious way, and take help of good laywer as his Jup in 8th may help you.
