Dear Sir / Madam,

Terrorism is one of the topline national agenda. Terrorist are using all available ways and means to meet their goal.

If, we citizens are vigilant and security aware, we can beat terrorist in their game plan.

One of the tools, terrorists have used recently has been open and unsecured wi-fi networks. This can be reused by either terrorists and other anti-social elements.

It is seen that citizens have installed wi-fi networks without knowing anything about their mis-use, specially by anti-social, anti-national and terrorist elements.

The need of the hour is to create awareness amongst citizens, especially wi-fi users on - How to secure their wi-fi network.

To address this need, we at CRPCC and Sysman Computers P Ltd., have written an eBook - " Securing WI-Fi network " .

The ebook is 44 pages of A4 size in pdf format. The book provides comprehensive details to secure your wi-fi / wireless network in Do-It-Yourself (DIY) method in 10 steps.

This we are doing as our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with support from

* Various IS Security minded people.

* Information Security Education and Awareness Project (ISEAP) of Ministry of Information Technology, Government of India

* CERT-In, Ministry of Information Technology, Government of India

* Data Security Council of India (DSCI) of NASSCOM

* Mumbai Police Cyber Crime Investigation Cell

The eBook is now available for distribution and is enclosed.

Further, this eBook is placed in public domain and anyone will be able to download freely at www.sysman.in. (go to http://www.sysman.in/ and click on Books or CRPCC at the top Banner) . Apart from this, we plan to reach wider user group through interested people like yours. You may place the eBook in your website for further download.

All the group members / rs are using emails. Statistically, we believe that most of these users are using wi-fi / wireless network to connect to internet. Again statistically, over 95% of these wi-fi networks are unsecured.

We would like to associate you with this CSR initiative. You are requested to distribute the Free eBook further.

Please consider this as your contribution towards this Security Yagna.
