Dear Mr. Bhaskar,

I have been a silent spectator of your group since you started it. I wanted to learn astrology but for lack of time and other committments did not permit me to take on the subject seriously to learn.

I am working here in Dubai since last 11+ years. I joined this company as a Web Master since July 2000, when I joined them on a very good salary at that time. Somehow the plans of company did not go well with the time and they had to restructure the business. They offered me to quit or remain on a much lower salary. Seeing the companies conditions and promises made by the management at that time, I chose the later one and today I am paying for that wrong decision I made. Today my salary is at par or say little higher then new employees.

There has been no promotion whatsoever and no training is being provided to upgrade my skills. This makes me think that I am losing from all the fronts.

I have been applying to many places but things do not materialize at all. Manier times I dont even get a call where as several job consultants have preciated my CV and experience. At some places my selection was eminent but at last moment the things did not turn up as expected.

Recently I have been thinking of opening up my own business and giving it a try. Can you suggest me if anything good is going to happen to me career wise? Will I get a good job or will the business be beneficial to me? Should I wear some gems or do some pujas?

Currently I am wearing a pearl in silver ring in ring finger since last 10 year. Do you think it is now useless and I should discard it?
