question is, what is the role of Karaka Planets .

 

Do

we need to see connection of Karaka planets with related bhabha along with cuspal significations?

 

Say

for building a house even if 4th cuspal sublord signifies 4-11-12, will it materialize if Venus/Mars signifies 3-10

?

A very good effort indeed...

 

 

I think you should have also mentioned that the s/l of the Karaka house should

signify which houses for example for constructing a house the sub-lord of

IV(the Karaka cusp) must signify houses I,XI & XII only then will one build

a house and

so on...and that the event will take place only

during the Vimshattari Dasa periods of these significators and that the Day on

which the event will take place is shown by the Bhukti-lord or the transit of

the Bhukti-lord over the principle cusp(Karaka cusp).

 

 

The above is only my suggestion,as per K.P. method...for attaining the greatest

accuracy possible,even the Ascendant and Moon's transit need to agree

totally...
