[1] If 3rd lord is placed with Venus. [2] If Guru or Venus or Mercury are placed in 3rd house. [3] If 3rd house was aspected by benefic planets and Karak of 3rd house should be strong as well. To get fame is depends on other favourable yoga but the natives who have aforesaid yogas would have great interest in understanding singing and music undoubetdly.
