It's been sort of interesting, and a little unsettling, but mostly I keep coming back to this saying by Epictetus: "I think I know now what I never knew before--the meaning of the common saying, "A fool you can neither bend nor break." Pray heaven I may never have a wise fool for my friend! There is nothing more intractable.--"My resolve is fixed!"--Why, so madmen say too; but the more firmly they believe in their delusions, the more they stand in need of treatment." You all seem to have such well established beliefs. Doesn't that make you just a little nervous? Have you stopped questioning, or perhaps you don't think it any longer necessary? So weird. ( And that goes for you, too, .b.bb. ) Who here honestly believes in their own superiority? It means that beliefs are being replaced by the beliefs of no beliefs, and another more subtle egoing is happening. I'm trying to stay open to that, and keep going. I suspect there are still surprises in store for all of us. I am actually in agreement with nearly everything you have said, yet it is wrapped in fatigue. Fatigue generally comes from clinging. Dunno. In my experience, the knowledge of Oneness can be used just like any other belief; a security blanket, a treasured possession or a springboard to nothing. To say there is nothing to spring towards and nothing to spring is avoidance, not acceptance, if it is believed. As is it's opposite.
