Yes.

 

And there aren't any really existing separated patterns.

 

Patterns are interpretations occuring within patterns, within interpretations,

on and on.

 

Patterns within patterns within patterns, ad infinitum.

 

To focus on any pattern and make it seemingly real for " a moment in time " is

therefore imaginative.

 

And ... there is no one separately existing from the patterns within patterns

within patterns, who can " focus. "

 

So, the " focusing " that makes the patterns " seem real for a moment in time " is

the patterning.

 

The patterning refers to patterning refers to patterning, ad infinitum, to have

a sense of reality. Humans call this " the operation of memory and thought

through sensing. " The humans that call it this, are at the same time, a

" product " of it.

 

The patterning is always " opened, " so to speak. Or " empty " could be another

word. You could also say " full " as meaning ... " only all is, " every pattern

implies and includes every other patterning without exception or division.

 

Yes, there's no problem with the patternings, with the dreaming, with the

non-volitional arisings.

That part scares the crap out of me, Tim! Whenever I get the spiritual hiccups,

it's because fear has entered in again.

 

I sort of thought I was supposed to be in charge, at least to the point of

preventing myself from doing " the worst " things. But not even that?

 

It feel really big at first. But once normalized, it feels ordinary. Julie
