Nope. Funny stuff! Not in charge. Glad I noticed. :)

And when I notice that, a new fear steps up to replace the old one. Next up:

Julie is afraid of blowing out of her body. This is why people spend years

in therapy. The fear is endless! But it must not be.

Julie

The next fear is exhausting all doubts and not having anything to talk

about.

Geo, when I'm worried about your being mean to anyone, that's a habituated

mechanism of the organism? And if so, I was already told that by no one, and I

didn't need you to tell me. Identity-boggling as I sit here nursing a baby, for

chrissake.

All emotion sensors are switched to on in the mother, but maybe it's just a

sensor. Still in the mud.

Organism = organized

It is not organized. The source is not organized. Form appears as

organization.

That if I want only web reading.

But why would edited messages be sent? If I correct an email that I have not

yet sent why would it go to the list?

Because your post was sent sent by as personal mail as soon as you hit

return.

The reason why I myself so often have to edit my posts is my bad eysight. I had

several eye operations on both eyes which no longer allow me to read and type

correctly.

Each of my posts therefore contain mistypings which I can only detect some time

later when it already was sent and I am rereading it.

I have to live with that and if you can forgive me and are patient enough you

eventually can also live with it.

Thank you.

The organized only appears to the organizer, because they are the same.

I struggle with poor eyesight and have to re-edit my complaints several times to

get them right.

Please bear with me.

My complaints are important and worth reading.

You will be glad you took the time to read them with care, as I did in typing

them.

It's not easy for me to read this list and find things worth complaining about,

but I'm glad I did, and you will be too.

P: Not good Dan. Werner has a disability. Not nice to

make fun. Give good advice, like good Bootysatva you are.

So, why don't recommend Werner gets a voice typing and

P: Not good Dan. Werner has a disability. Not nice to

make fun. Give good advice, like good Bootysatva you are.

So, why don't recommend Werner gets a voice typing and

reading software for visually impaired people?

geo>Hmmm...I think I had an idea. Its a bit complicated but it might work.

Instead of sending the post and waiting for it to come back from

reading it

again and editing and sending it again and repeating the procedure one or

two times...

how about reading the post BEFORE hitting the send button and editing it

BEFORE sending it to . It is not simple, I know, but may be worth

trying.

P.S. this 'advaita stuff' may be making you a little nutty.

Take a break from it.

What else could someone else recommend?

BTW, my impression is that you're confusing " time, thought and belief " with the

timeless, the Silent.

It isn't about making " Advaita " into a belief system.

Not about believing that 'everything is me'.

It's about seeing directly that 'everything is me' -- now, this moment,

perceptually, in terms of sensing and being.

If that doesn't happen, then the words " everything is me " are false -- not to be

taken as something to be believed in.

You're not making anything happen, as a person, such as earthquakes in Chile.

He's just throwing out a " look at me, I'm different than you " , in hopes of

getting some sympathy.

Above, you throw out a " look at me, I'm sympathetic and you're not, Dan -- I'm

different than you " , in hopes of getting some sympathy.

Dan just tells it like it is.

He won't get any sympathy, and I don't believe he wants any.

D: Not nice to make fun of people? Not what I was doing. Not that I don't

have a dark side - but that isn't what I was doing. I was pointing to Werner's

noticeable tendency to gripe about people who discuss nonduality on a list

devoted to nonduality. What I was making fun of was the time and effort he goes

to, to voice these gripes. This is not making fun of his disability. Indeed -

I understand that having poor eyesight makes reading these posts more difficult,

and I'm sorry Werner has to go through that difficulty. It would be nice to

hear something constructive from Werner once in a while.

But Pete, your consideration for the disabled is duly noted.

Perhaps you can apply your advice to yourself. A few posts back you were

laughing at me for treating people with compulsive behaviors because you were

telling me that I am compulsive myself and should seek treatment. Perhaps it's

not nice for you to make fun of people with that particular disability ... in

fact, I have compulsive behaviors, you were not being nice to me, and perhaps

you could just help my self-esteem by telling me about some of my good

qualities.

I'm all ears, Peter. Waiting ...

Hey - I wonder if your kindness and compassion also extends to letting Werner

know that it's not nice to make fun of people who deal with mental retardation.

P: Give good advice, like good Bootysatva you are.

> So, why don't recommend Werner gets a voice typing and

> reading software for visually impaired people?

D: Okay. Valid point.

Werner: Consider getting voice typing, reading software for visually impaired

people, and while you're at it: STOP MAKING FUN OF PEOPLE DEALING WITH MENTAL

RETARDATION. They and their parents will thank you if you do.

And Pete, consider realizing that making fun of people isn't nice, regardless of

whether or not they have a disability.

So Pete: STOP MAKING FUN OF PEOPLE.

Love to you Pete, tp Werner and his indomitable presence on this list, and to

all sentient beings,

- Dan -

D: Well, sometimes I can overpost. Pete has pointed this out - and tried to

cure me of this. It almost worked. Nice try, Pete. Maybe if I send him a

What do you recommend -- salt, pepper, or should I go all the way and bread you

up?

He won't. He'd just cash the check and talk about how funny Dan's brain is :-p.

D: Well, this was a reference to St. Lawrence. The Romans decided to roast him

over a fire on a spit, like a pig. Reportedly, St. Lawrence said, " turn me

over, I'm done on this side. "

Not that I would be as brave. I'm sure I'd be making noises like that guy in

Deliverance.
