Devi,

That tiny little bit of truth you know within, that soft and gentle

touch that comes up from inside of you and gently woos you to open up

just a little more, do you give that delicate pull of inner being

precidence over your own personal beliefs and judgements? Do you

trust in it more than your own thoughts and opinions?

shawn, heres what Meher Baba says about Sahaj-Samadhi..

" In short, Baqa-Billah is the state of God where " abiding-in "

or " getting established in " God is experienced by those who are

defined as " Salukis " or " Jivan-Muktas " 21,22.. The salik

continually and consciously experiences simultaneously the dual

experience of the " I Am God " state and " I am human " state, and

accumulates infinite knowledge, power and bliss, simultaneously

experiencing human weakness and sufferings, knowing their falsity to

be based on the manifestation of the finite NOTHING that manifests

out of His Own state of being EVERYTHING and infiniteIn the Baqa-

Billah, the life of God-in-human being established, man as God

experiences the " SAHAJ-SAMADHI. " This means that man as GOD

simultaneously, without the least effort, has continually and

automatically the dual experience of God and of man. This is the

state of " Perfection "

Perfection generally carries with it the sense of the highest pitch

of or the extreme type of, accomplishment, and Perfection as such

cannot become more perfect. But when the term " Perfection " is used in

terms of REALITY, there are three types of Perfection in the state of

Sulukiyat of " Baqa-Billah. " "

those strange words are sufi terms...this is just a short part of the

topic, if yooou want more i'd be happy to provide it,,,i am typing

the book God Speaks by meher baba on to the internet,,,i think it's

an important work

I think your missing the point Davi. There is only one Guru - the Guru

within. You don't need anything/anyone else.

I agree everything is pointless Devi, so why be so defencive? There is

no need to be. Watch the mind, and see without judgement what it

reveals about yourself.

why accuse me of missing a point? and then go on accusing me of being

defensive? whats your motivation for all these acusations and like i

just said on another club, i don't need to be non-judgemental, i'm

beyond both...glad you enjoyed the website, did you read my almost

full autobiography?

also telling someone to watch their mind is not as good as telling

someone to abide in the Self...see..smiles

do you realize that i was on a spiritual path before you were born?

We have just come full circle.... age. It seems clear your trying to use

that as some way to add weight to whatever argument you think you have.

To put it more bluntly - It's a game of the ego (hence my more tactful

suggestion to watch the mind!!). Re-read your posts in a few weeks when

your less emotionally attached, and I think you will see what I mean.

People develop at different rates and go thought different hardships, so

age is a stupid argument. Even if I were 18, or even 12, it's an

arrogant judgement on just a few brief words. I have clearly (and

unintentionally) upset you, so I am going to let this rest. Best wishes.

Stuart.

devi: to tell you the truth, i asked your age because *you* telling

*me* that there is no right and wrong seemed quite childish to me and

instead of accusing you of being childish i decided to ask your age

to see if i was right...

stuart:To put it more bluntly - It's a game of the ego (hence my more

tactful suggestion to watch the mind!!).

devi: i am probably one of the most egoless people you'll ever meet..

stuart: Re-read your posts in a few weeks when your less emotionally

attached, and I think you will see what I mean.

devi: i don't need to re-read my posts, i know that whatever i say to

you is exactly what you need to hear..

stuart: People develop at different rates and go thought different

hardships, so age is a stupid argument.

devi: now thats a stupid arguement, don't you think i've gathered

that over my 51 years

stuart: Even if I were 18, or even 12, it's an arrogant judgement on

just a few brief words.

devi: i think your arrogant, am i right?

stuart: I have clearly (and unintentionally) upset you, so I am going

to let this rest. Best wishes.

devi: ok, we can let it rest after this one last sentence: you don't

see clearly, i am certainly not upset, i am having a blast

Show me the non-judgemental! To say that you are beyond both, and then be

judgemental is a trick that will only fool the foolish.

A person can do japa and sing bajans forever and never get past it. Maharshi

and Nisargadatta were primarily teaching vichara- enquiry into the Self.

I didn't mean to suggest so, only that your use of age as a proof of wisdom

is ridiculous.

Nissargadatta was a jnani. I tend to avoid the people who wear their

spirituality on their sleave. Most are naive and deluded and really into

What do you perceive happens when you sit with a Guru Devi?

What do you perceive happens when you sit with a Guru Devi?

Everyone perceives Gurus differently, sometimes things happen around

Gurus and sometimes nothing happens, a few differnet factors go into

the equaztion. if a person is ready to *get realized* just seeing a

Guru may be what pulls you to the other side, some people see the

Guru as God, some people see the Guru as just another guy...i'm

wondering what your motive for asking is...i'll tell you the truth,

for a long time i thought that a Guru was a necessary ingrediant but

since the summer when i learned about over a thousand other realized

being, from Sarlos Guru Ratings list i've changed my mind...to me

personally, a Guru has seen the top of the mountain and *knows* how

to pull someone up there with Him..when i first met my Guru i said to

myself, here is enlightenement staring me in the face, with a great

big warm welcoming smile, i must be very very close...

now its your turn to answer my question.
