Guest guest Report post Posted April 23, 2004 Namaskara I have a couple of doubts that i would like to get cleared.I hope members of this group will help me in clearing them. 1.Is it true that sadhana done in India alone counts and any sadhana done outside India brings out negative results? 2.Can saligrama be taken outside India? 3.When a soul leaves the body,I understand that it reaches naraka/swarga to burn up its karma.Then why is there disparity here(in earth).When a soul has already been 'punished' then why should it again suffer a lower birth say in to a sudhra family.What role does prarabdha karma play here when ,as i said ,it has already burnt its papa while in naraka? 4.Is there any way to know the time interval between two births?I would like to know on what basis the period of stay in naraka/swarga is calculated?Is there any way to know this.... 5.It is said that " Hari is the doer " then why should the soul suffer the aftermaths when it is He who is the doer?Why then do we have karma when we are puppets in his hands? All the above doubts are out of ignorance and i hope members of this group help me out with these queries.Thanks in advance. With regards Vikram.
