Now Sri Vinodh Rajan shows another way for those using Windows XP to write that Characters ஶ, and its allied characters. Please visit this link, download, unzip, read the help file in PDF, install the version you desire and use. So far, Mylai plain alone supported to use this character easily (shreelipi supports it more beautifully but it is a share ware ). You may find this unicode character is more fine than the Mylai plain font.
