Even if we are not able to grab a book or piece of sampradaya information on a particular day, let us chant Thirumanthiram, Dwayam, Charma Slogam and Aacharya Daniyan during this 30 minute slot. We should not leave a day blank without spending this 30 minutes. Try and choose the most favorable 30 minutes (Example: The So Called Important, Thrilling, Sensational TV Programme that we are not stopping to watch). By doing this two things will happen. 1 - We will be able to understand what is the satisfaction that we will get by controlling ourselves in life resulting in us getting addicted to such programme, 2 - We would come to know of a Sampradayam Information on a daily basis.
