Guest guest
हरी ॠDear Gurudevs, Very few incidents are "uninvited" but most of "them" are "invited" by us and we "suffer" or "enjoy" the effect. What we eat today, is the cause and later the effect will affect in our "good health" that becomes bad or "sickness" that when treated changes to "good health" in turn again. I would like to post the following You Tube link that promotes "Sanskrit speaking" (English sub titles also are provided for those who cannot follow) but that also has a message "how" to eat. It is important not only what we eat, but also how (specially our sitting posture and slow/fast..etc), when, with whom and even the "mood" etc. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zp-T7W3J2c0 & feature=related This is only about our "eating" habit. In every "action" that we perform, there is a "reaction" to that including in our own "thoughts". These are few "invited" thoughts on my part and would like to get "uninvited" replies if any one cares. I have no choice but to leave that for HIS blessings. Om Namo Narayanaya Chandrasekharan HARI AUM Though they arrive uninvited and create chaos, pain, confusion and even destruction and mayhem none can blame or accuse them; for they are part of the structure, package, entourage.... one opted, asked, invited over. True they are opposites like pain to pleasure, hot to cold and happiness to sorrow; but can't help it - it's a principle - so says BG verse 2 / 14 - " mAtrAsparshAstu ..... bhArata ".
