COOLERS TO BEAT THE SUMMER HEAT

As the days get hotter and hotter many of us find our appetites on the wane. All we want to do is to drink water or anything cool and refreshing. There is nothing nicer than a cool drink to revive one on a hot day. For those of you who are on the lookout for cooling beverages with a difference, here are some recipes for you to ensure a cool and refreshing summer.

BEETROOT JUICE  

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients1 small grated cucumber, 1 grated beetroot,1/2 cup grated pineapple, 4 apples (cut into medium cubes), sugar

 

 

 

Method Grind separately beetroot, pineapple and cucumber along with water and strain it. Boil the apple cubes and grind along with the sugar, mix them well and pour it into glasses. Serve chilled.

If, however, he will reconnect with his original transcendental nature diving deep into his eternal identity as the servant of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, he will taste a pleasure that is unlimitedly sublime and will go on increasing forever.
