MALAYALAM typing SOFTWARE

Dear Hari Prasad and others,

 

There are multiple ways to type Malayalam,

 

The easiest way (now) is using the transliteration facility of Google.

 

Providing the link below for the same.

 

You can type in Manglish (Malayalam words typed in English) in the

google tool and hit the " space bar " on your computer for google to

convert the Manglish word to Malayalam font. Then, you can copy and

paste the same to mail or editor.

Second option is using another online editor

The third and time tested option is downloading Varamozhi Malayalam

editor. This will require installation of some fonts etc. Details can

be found at the Varamozhi web site.

The information is very valuable to us. Could you please tell me how to convert an existing manglish document into malyalam.font.I trid to cut and paste in the mazhi thandu, but it did not work, though the manglish document was transferred into the left column.
