Dear Members

The mantra is given in various Texts in slight different ways:-- I

have seen all ; ture; tari & tore.

All are correct.

These Mantras are not framed by Me; but are there since time

immemorial. The Importance of Swaraas comes only in Vedic Mantras &

not in Tantra related Mantras.

Members,

The word TURE is spelt at " TUREY " just as you spell HURREY in " HIP

HIP HURREY " .

The term " TARA " means the DELIVERER OR SAVIOUR. It also means 'to

take across' ie., which takes us across the ocean of phenomenal

existence or samsara. The monosyllabic word " OM " which is Pranava

Nada occupies a prominent position in Veda, Tantra and Purana. Yaska

says that OM which is denoted by " Akshare Parame Vyoman " in Rig Veda

is none other than the " Vak " .

It is this OM which is called TARA that takes us across the ocean of

Samsara. So, the Feminine form of OM is TARA. Ie., Tara is the

personification of OM. She is the Unmanifested Nada that exists in

Ether of Consciousness and hence denoted by " Akshare Parame Vyoman "

in Rig Veda.

Tara is also described to have bluish in colour and hence she is

called " Nila Tara " . Tara in her Ghora form is " Ugra Tara " .

Nada (OM) which is TARA has 4 stages ie., Para, Pashyanti, Madhyama,

Vaikhari, these are described as her Matted Hair spread in 4

directions. She cuts the samsara bandhana and hence she is shown with

scissors. Lotus in her hands denotes the Dawn of Supreme

Consciousness. She is the Praana (vital energy) in the Ether without

which Cosmos is lifeless and this is described as Tara dancing on the

Corpse.

The 4 mantras of Tara are:

1) Pranava, Maya, Stree, Koorcha, Aastra

2) Maya Stree Koorcha, Astra

3) Maya Stree, Koorcha

4) Shuddha Pranava

Of all the mantras of the Tara , this 4th Mantra is the Shuddopasana

of Tara which is called Udgita Vidya or Akshara Vidya in Veda. This

Shuddha Upasana is mentioned in Rig Veda as " Akshare Parame Vyoman " .

This " Akshare Parame Vyoman " of Rig Veda is the Pranava or OM. This

OM is the form of Vak (Speech) as Avykta Agni. Veda says " Agnir Vai

Vak Bhutva Mukham Pravishat " ie., This Vak becoming Agni has entered

the Mouth and sits at the tip of the tongue. She is ever-flowing in

the form of Vak and hence, she is Saras-vati (the one that is ever-

flowing). Hence, she is Saraswathi in the form of Nila Tara that is

worshipped for the poetic power, and Vak Shuddhi. This Tara when

worshipped amidst the Sun (Martanda), it becomes Ugra Tara (Martanda

Bhairavi).

It is the Vak rupa Agni (Pranava Nada) which is called Durga because

of its nature of durbhedya (Difficult to approach and understand the

nature) and remover of affliction & difficulties of the upasakas

(durgaartinasini). And hence, this Agni is Durga. Since, the

word `Durga " is of feminine gender, it is conceptualized as the DEVI.

Now, the Upasana of Vak is Upasana of Pranava which is the Boat to

cross the ocean of Samsara . And hence, the Pranava rupa Vak rupa

Agni is TARA This is also the JATAVEDAS (that which is born of

Supreme Consciousness). To know this SUPREME CONSCIOUNESS, the

Upasaka has to do the Yajana (Yagya). The Mind that presides over the

SOMA has to be churned to bring out the Somarasa. The Jiva Chaitanya

which is the Soma Rasa has to be offered to the Agni Rupa Durga /

Tara which is SUPREME CONSCIOUNESS for final merger. When Vyashti

Chaitanya of the Jiva (Individual Consciousness) merges in the

Samasti Chaitanya (Agni / Durga / Tara) (The Supreme Consciousness),

the Upasaka crosses the Ocean of Samsara. This Pranava becomes the

BOAT to cross the Ocean of Samsara. This Pranava is the Deliverer.

This is TARA. And hence, This Vidya is called MAHAVIDYA.

Member,

The source of all the bijaksharas and mantras are vowels and

consonants which amounts to 50. These are also called 50 matrikas.

These 50 matrikas are the 50 subtle points in our body that are

presided by Yoginis Ganas. And hence, they are called Shakta Pitas.

During the process of Bahir Matrika and Antar Matrika Nyasas, these

50 yoginis are invoked. Each and every Matrika is governed by a

certain sound as per the phonetics ie., Hrasva (the time of

pronunciation of 1 maatra kala), Dirgha (the time of pronunciation of

2 maaatra kala), Plutha (the time of pronunciation of 3 maatra

kala).

Thorough knowledge of science of phonetics and Sanskrit is required

to utter these matrikas or else one is bound to receive the curse of

Yoginis which is called Yogini Paragnmukhatva.

The pronunciation of Mantras and Bijas, one has to learn from one's

preceptor / teacher. Practicing the mantras by taking from public

forums would land you in disaster. So, beware of Bijaksharas.

Practice it under the able guidance of guru who is well versed in

scriptures and phonetics.

Your well wisher
