I understand mantra sidhies of deities like Karnapisasini,yakshi,kutty chattan etc could be easily attained by chanting few lakhs of their mantras. Few years back, I happened to meet a person who claimed that he was a devi upasak and also an astrolger. He used to predict 100 % of some of the past events and hence was very popular. But when it came to future everything was a guess work.
