Thank you for all the responses to my last post. My website www.myyogaclub.com

is designed to deliver the ancient wisdom and philosophies of yoga in a manner

There is a beautiful story in the ancient Mahabharat scriptures about

Draupadi, the beautiful and powerful wife of the Pandavas and a whole

hearted devotee of her lord Krishna.During her many adventures, there

was one particular episode where she had been dragged into an evil

King's castle and thrown into the middle of a packed courtyard. Here

she was ridiculed and tormented by so many of the King's nobleman and

as a final insult, the brutes decided to strip Draupadi of her clothing

in front of the entire audience...

Srimadbhagavatham relates a similar moral. Gajendra praying for Lord Vishnu`s

help fought the crocodile for 100 years. Nothing happened. At long last the

elephant king declared " I GIVE UP "

Lord Vishnu`s quick reaction was describes as follows

      " He does not say a word to Lady Lakshmi ,does not pick up conch and wheel

(Chakra),does not ask for followers,and does not even leave the Saree end of His

Consort,  being in a hurry to protect the Gajaraj "

    Surrendering without ego brings instantaneous rescue and help from the

Lord.
