Well is your ADD diagnozed by a doctor or you are assuming by your own you have ADD? I suggest you go and seek medical help first, if... you have not done it yet. It will alleviate most symptoms. If you have been under treatment, then, you can aide your concentration with with spiritual practices given by a guru. As I do not know about mantras, I leave it to the seniors here to guide you.
