Please Help with Education Line

which line should i pick ?..i am very much interested in becoming a doctor, currerntly i am in college and had little set back in education, i am from india but living in america...i want to know if doctor line is favorable for me ?, and if so, when does it seem that i will get admission into medical school and if it will be in america or foriegn country.

i really want to know this as i tend to think of studying something else from time to time when i am deep thinking about life.
