Today I would like to ask if someone could tell me about the Banis, I read the Japji Sahib and the Jaap Sahib but I am not related to more Banis. In this side of the world is hard to learn this techniques that come from so far. The only info I have is the cd Bani pro tat haves 5 Banis but I would like to know what is the outcome of their recitation and what will be the best hour of the day to read them.
