Match is 25 out of 36 points. This is more than acceptable (18/36). But of concern is the girl has mangalik dosha. It is not that bad of a dosha as Venus is present, her lagnesh is strong, Jupiter aspects lagna, and Mars is her Yogakaraka. But I would want to let you know of this.

I have a bit more doubt regarding girl's horoscope. Is there any dosha as Ketu is present in the 8th house from chandra. Is that a major dosha?

Again as the jupiter transit to makara rasi(capricorn) last week it is the ashtama rasi of the boy.I have heard that this is not a good time.

Again Girl is now in her Budha dasa . By 2011 she will be entering ketu dasa which i heard is not a favouable dasa.So can u please tell me when will be the best time for marriage.

Although charts are matched fairly but still there is Mangal dosha present (extent may be different). It is up to you to decide. I personally would like to have match free from even a little bit of dosha of any kind. Kethu from Moon as 8th may cause some problems. Jupiter transit to Makra rasi as you said above is not good also. Wait till Jupier transit to Kumbha in this case.
