In the case of this person: DOB: 14 May 1991 TOB: 12:00:00PM POB: New York, NY, USA Saturn is in its own sign, Capricorn, in the 7th house in the D-1 birth chart while in D-9 navamsha it is debilitated in the third house in Aries.
