marana karakas, the sthana and the manifestation of the bad karma

hello all

 

 

i have 2 marana karakas mercury(7th) in capricorn and jupiter(3rd) in virgo in my horoscope but the related bad karma manifested in the narayana dasa of aries between 1996 and 2006 during which i suffered extensively in academics ( completely abstaining from academics till 2004 when i cleared 12th but also did not work for entire period from 96-06). could anyone explain how the bad karma manifested in the narayana dasa of aries which is the 11th bhava? is it because mercury and jupiter are karakas of this bhava? please be kind enough to shed some light on this?
