I have lots of tension in job..hit by lay off, Distrust in another job, now I have a job but not a ideal kind where I am not appreciated for all the hard work I do. Will I be like this forever. I feel I deserve to go up in my career. But feel like I am stuck. Added to this my parents and relatives all have misunderstanding. I even tried applying to foreign, and outside . But no responses ! I was affected by the downsizing wave of my company. Could you give me a insight or hope atleast when I can be back on job ? The job market is really bleaky . And losing hopes..
