Did Krishna or did Dharma save Draupadi's honour?

I read in Mahabharat that when Draupadi was calling out to Krishna, then Dharma, remaining hidden, covered Draupadi with clothes of various colours.

 

Then, why do people say that it was Krishna who did this?
