Please help with my question , i am clue less why it is happenning

In may kundali, jupiter and moon are placed in 10 th house, while jupiter is retrogate, and in " Balya Kal " I dont find any "Gajakesari Yoga" effect, my things are getting delayed in professional as well as personal life, moon is good in my birth chart.

 

While " Chandra Mangala "yoga is there my mars is in 4 th house and moon is in 10 th , marc is good as "8" rsahi is in 4 th house where mars reside in kundali, but no " Chandra Mangala " effects i can see in my kundali.

 

I will give you by birth detail , if any one can anatysie my kundali i wil be oblized.

Ketu in " 9 " th house seems bad for materlistic life,????.

Saturan is retro , its "dhristri" is have bad effects on my fininces ????
