A year ago a friend of mine gave me some tulasi seeds, but I had to travel outside my country. Now I am back and I would like to sow them but I don't know how to proceed.

 

I am living in a warm and dry place (desert-coast), with no rain, fresh air. Even temp all year (17ºC) max 21 in summer and 15 in winter.

 

How Should I Start?
