Guest guest
Namaste, I have been told to have a light osteoporosis which was diagnosed by Gurudev a year ago. He told me to become a Vegan before being diagnosed. Amazing. I have been prescribed some medicines. A friend of mine has told me to grind egg skins and soak a coffee spoon into lemon juice for 24 hours. ( a bit scare about samonallosis). Then, drain them and have the juice everyday. On the other hand, I have been told to intake a lot of dairy products but I have also read that when having some medicines for the bones, they do not have effect if you take dairy products. I have been getting information on how to get calcium and other vitamines from vegetables, though it is necessary to take some fats from vegetable oils. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you in advance. Sat Nam, Gurusher Kaur
