Guest guest
Dear Satish and Manjunath and list interested, I do think it important , as Satish says, to understand the techniques which lead to predictions, successful or not, in order to know which work or where they might go wrong again if we don't heed any lessons they might teach. I had an article published on Brown in two magazines, I will post an online link to the one in Sept 2005 Starteller for those interested, at the end of this mail Two predictions, of many in that article, seem not to have come true: one is that he would have only one remaining child, when in fact he had another baby this year. However I still understand Brown to outlive all but one of his children, so I am not going to say this prediction has not come true yet, though I do hope it doesn't, as no-one wants to lose a child, but I have seen too many charts now where parents have lost children who had barely reached adulthood, due to such significations. This prediction is based upon the Ekaputra yoga mainly, but combines with other afflictions to show poor conditions for having children, the Nisva yoga of Phaladeepika, which deprives of both power and children, and sadly it still may do so. The second prediction: The Moon-Venus-Moon period between 18 July and 8 August would be one of Brown's most favourable ones' when he can make the greatest progress in his career. Again next year, he will run the favourable Moon-Venus-Mercury period from July to September. But he will have to wait for Jupiter and Saturn to position themselves favourably, before being assured of full planetary support to attain premiership. During the Moon-Sun-Moon period, (17th Oct-1 November 2006), Tony Blair will be running the stressful Saturn-Venus period. At this stage, transit Saturn will be aspecting Mars, the ruler of the 10th house from both Sun and Moon. It will also aspect the 10th lord Jupiter from the lagna. For Gordon Brown, Parasara promises 'authority of a King' during the antardasa of the Sun in the Mahadasa of Moon. Perhaps by 1 November 2006, we will see the power behind the throne actually sitting on it The key prediction is that he will have'' to wait for Jupiter and Saturn to position themselves favourably ''before he attains premiership.Currently these two are a little weak in their transit at this stage, so not powerful enough to bestow full premiership from No10 Downing Street. It was the use of Parasara 's antardasa and mahadasa interpretation which guided the dating of 1 Nov 2006, and full reliance upon accuracy of up to the minute birth data. I also looked at sooksmantardasa as well as pratyarantardasa to try and time the exact day of taking up the premiership, but have to admit that this task was the most difficult. Parasara clearly states that 'the authority of a king' ( is bestowed upon Brown) during Moon Sun dasa. This Parasara prediction is not wrong:- On 1st November Blair squirmed in his seat in the Commons as Cameron, the leader of the opposition demanded to know who Blair's successor would be. Prior to this day huge speculation about other contenders to Brown were being floated, and Cherie Blair had even called Brown a liar at the labour Party conference in an attempt todiscredit him and foil his leadership chances. Blair struggled in his response to only state he thought that Gordon had been a good chancellor, all but naming him as his successor. In the days that followed Brown, whose name had been muddied all year, suddenly took a leading role in politics, and cabinet members and MP's started endorsing him as the only contender for the premiership, whereas all year this was not the case. Since 1st November headlines have run with ' Sleepwalking to succession' Guardian 2 Nov; or 'Can you tell which one is PM' Guardian 4th Nov, and even 'The Week Brown was anointed PM' Mail 4th Nov. My mistake was in interpreting that Parasara's 'the authority of a king' meant Brown would somehow be in number ten Downing street, when it merely meant he had been given the reins---or now reigns as a king. Blair missed question time this week!! link: www.Starteller.com Will Brown be Britain's next Prime Minister?
