Guest guest
Dear Mr. Khan, Treatment is very simple. She can treat herself with a five minute yogic type of exercise that can be learnt by logging on to www.atbsnr.com provided she folows some essential do's and don'ts mentioned therein. She should also switch over to purely vegetarian food containing mainly fresh fruits and vegetables, mostly uncooked in the form of salads with very little of cooked food that too without much oil, masalas (condiments), salt, sugar, maida (refined floor) and drink plenty of plain water avoiding all soft and hard drinks. Thus the triple formula is 1. food, 2. water and 3. simple self-cure exercises to be done as a child's play for pleasure and not as exercises with any exertion. Although there are photos on the website to illustrate the exercises, for clear visual effect, a CD is also avaiable on request. This also can be done in addition to any ayurvedic or other holistic treatment to hasten recovery. Bottom-line: by following this simple method, one can remain painless and more healthy than ever before. Best wishes for speedy recovery, S. M.
