Is it ok to practice exercises like yoga (and other stretching), swimming or dance while I am doing these (once I get over this pain, that is) ?? Again.. I thank you. Guest guest Posted November 16, 2006 Report Share Posted November 16, 2006 Hi Noel, It's interesting that you should mention the hamstrings, because I go through phases (even before my back started hurting me) when I would have a burning sensation in my hamstrings..I think that stretching them might help..Thank you very much for this idea.
