Get down on your knees and try to sit on your ankles. DON'T FORCE

week or so before you can do this. The idea is to slowly stretch the

back of the upper legs. Do this for five minutes in the morning, and

five minutes at night.

 

After this gets easy then try putting one leg all the way behind you

while you lay forward on the knee in front of you. Then switch legs;

after a while you should be able to lay with your upper chest on

your knee. You will have to roll off to the side {kind of on your

hip} of the knee that is up, and the leg kind of bends sideways

under you… good luck with this and do it every day...
