which is the best place for tantra sadhana?

which is the best place to do tantra sadhana

1)a very old shiv temple

or

2)a cremation ground

i would like to know the best place where one can acheive siddhi faster..

also after one acheives a particular siddhi does one repeat the sadhana(thru which the siddhi was obtained) after some time and again in order to sustain the siddhi...lets say a sadhak got a siddhi of telepathy,so what does the sadhak need to do in order to sustain this siddhi thru out his life...

If u have completed guru mantra and obtained grace of gurudeva, onlythen u should move into this.

Although place may vary accoding to Sadhana but its universally accepted and even written by gurudev in the book Mantra Rahasya

"Shiva Sameep Anant guna phal"

So mantra sadhna even for Tantrik purpose gives maximum result in Shivalaya.
