An Interesting Question ...

Mysticism is only important in what it can reveal to a person about the nature of reality. It's a building block, but not the ultimate goal. The ultimate goal is wisdom, and the destruction of knowledge, in my opinion as knowledge is nothing but temporal. It too is a building block, but it can serve as an obstacle just like mysticism can. These are pillars that need to be destroyed to attain true wisdom, whose source is the soul itself.

How does this Cycle of Knowledge-Logic-Mystism revolve around?

Let take the example of a Sick person.

When a person falls sick, that person will ask others WHY he or she have fallen sick.

A knowledgeable person could answer - "Your immune system is weak, therefore, you have become sick"

A Logic person could answer - "You are plaqued with Anxiety, Stress and Fear, therefore, this had made you weak and therefore, your immune system become weak and you become sick."

A Mystical person could answer - "Your sins have cause you to feel Stress, Anxiety and Fear, which made you weak, your immune system to become weak and therefore you become sick".

While a Knowledgeable person could agree to the Logical person, he may not agree to the Mystical Person.

A Logical person could agree to both or agree to the Knowledgeable person while ignoring the Mystical person.

A Mystical person could consider Knowledge to be sufficial and Logic to be something to regard or discard depends on situation.

we have only a structured system

Knowledge -> Wisdom -> Mysticsm -> Knowledge -> -> ->

*We could be terminated anywhere in the chain and not progress any further

* We may cross any syage by sheer intution

when we go over to another relm

Logic after being subjected to)(>< )discrimination -> final observation

Can there be any link between logic and Mysticsm?

What other relm are there except this three?

Humans learn things through knowledge, understand things through Logic, and know things by Mytiscm (knowing without proof if you may). Is there any other branch except for this three? :eek4:

Even if you cross any stage (typo I persume when you spell syage) by sheer intuition, it is still in realm of mystiscm.

Even if you subject Logic to Discrimination, what result you will get is knowledge which generated Logic. So the next time you come across the same senario, you will know what will likely to happen due to knowledge and deduction of Logic which bring forth Mystic-like understanding of things.

In short, you cannot leave this three stage in understanding Physical World. :eek4:

Hmph ... the answer is in your Avatar (of Sri Ganesha) and you asking me for answers. :)

How did Sri Ganesha go around such a big World?

May be you should look for a burning bush somewhere around a synogogue or some hill and bring in some more commandments printed on some stone tablet.

Or may be look for idol worshipeers among jews and ask their borthers to kill them.

This may be a solution.

Hmph ... You have only knowledge, not Intelligence or Wisdom. Therefore, it is useless to explain things to you. Good day.

This not about whether you believe in Krishna or not.

I don't think Krishna wants people to follow Him like cows, but think for themselves on what He have taught. People nowadays are more like cows than humans.

If people are like cow nowadays, then they are very nearer to Krsna when Krsna is cowherd Himself. If one so close and remaining in Krsna's supervision, then he must have mastered atleast some tests of all those above mentioned, such as Knowledge, Wisdom and Mysticism, is not it?

So remaining under Krsna's supervision is only important nothing less than that.

yeah there's obviously a realm beyond these three..

There is ONE CALLED REALITY and the way LIFE DEMANDS ....

you cannot rely only on knowledge and mystism to run the race in the world that is monotonously running on the THEORY OF SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST.

i do not say that these 3 things namely knowledge, mystism and Wisdom are not important .. but a person must use all these three and make quick decisions to live in this volatile world

Finally, someone with proper common sense which I could agree with. :P

Is it agreeable that one needs ALL THREE aspects in order to live and make proper decision in this World?
