40 days of kirtan kriya

Saturday, September 2 -- 40 days of Kirtan Kriya! Anyone care to

comment on their experience? I found myself doing the kriya at night

more often than not because I had an unusual work schedule & there's

only so much I can do before 4:30 am! It was a different energetic to

do it at that time -- sweet. Thanks to everyone who sent Light & Love

my way during the past 40 days.

I'm starting Kundalini Teacher Training in October & our student group

will begin a 40-day meditation on September 11, finishing up the day

before the course starts. And guess which meditation we'll be doing!!

I can't believe it has been 40 days. I had some tough stuff come out and I

could not handle it well but I am ok now and wish to continue on to see what

happens for further education about myself.

Congratulations, Nirvair, on your journey into teacher training. Its

is a marvelous experience.

 

I finished 40 days of Seraba Sud Kriya today as well. It has been a

transformative time, difficult emotionally, but having the commitment

to my sadhana has been immeasurable help in looking at myself, my false

beliefs, my true beliefs, their evolvement and acceptance that I don't

have all the answers today. Step by step, day by day I am blessed with

what I need.

 

I am looking for a new concentration for transformation, with no

specific aim other than to allow myself the freedom to fulfill my

destiny. Any suggestions?
